- Why two founders pages: we moved from charging $1 today to storing a card with no charge. Washington's health studio law (RCW 19.142) triggers on money paid before opening — take any, and every dollar must sit frozen in a trust account until 30 days after we open, with an AG filing and felony exposure for getting it wrong. Take none and none of that applies. Page 3 is the new copy; 3a is what it replaced.
